We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Free Shipping: On orders ₹499 and above

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

5. Undelivered Orders

If your package is marked "undelivered" or "returned to sender" due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reattempt delivery or issue a refund (minus shipping charges).
